A one of a kind California Balsamic, this rare elixir is made from Star Anise and vanilla bean, and is then aged 4 to 5 years.
Our Vanilla Star Balsamic serves well as a vinaigrette over any green salad or a nice fresh fruit salad. We recommend its use over asparagus or brussels sprouts, or as a topping over vanilla bean ice cream or cheesecake.
It pairs well with our Blood Orange, Rosemary, Garlic, or New World Blend Olive Oils.
