The flavor of summer California cherries are infused with the natural sweetness and tang of this 18 year old Balsamic originating from Modena, Italy. Barrel aged, this Balsamic has depth and is thick, but not too rich. This unique Balsamic is ideal for roasts, chicken and grilled salmon. When reduced, it is fantastic on your favorite meatballs. It also serves as a nice drizzle for cheesecake, chocolate cake, brownies and vanilla bean ice cream.
It pairs particulary well with our Lemon and Koroneiki Olive Oils for a tart, sweet vinaigrette.
