Our estate producer uses fresh crisp basil and cold presses it with just-harvested olives, to craft a blend fragrant with herbal aromas and bursting with basil flavor. Unlike infused oils typically offered by our competitors, our producer employs the Agrumato method of pressing the herb and olives together, and has perfected this process over 4 generations since arriving from their native Sicily.
Our Basil Olive Oil is simply incredible for dipping and for tossed salads when paired with our California Blackberry Balsamic. Use it on sandwiches, tomato sauces, Caprese salads, or simply mix it in with your favorite pasta, salt to taste with SECOLARI Roasted Garlic Sea Salt, and sprinkle some grated parmesan and romano cheese for an easy and delightful meal.
