Chef Ravi Lahori

When it comes to Indian food, the consensus is unanimous ~ anything Chef Ravi cooks is way better than anything you have ever had in any Indian restaurant. It’s the gentle touch he applies to all the many different spices he uses (most of which have incredible antioxidant and healing properties), or maybe it’s just that extra dose of love he puts into everything he cooks – but whatever it is, it works! And a meal taught by his talented hands is an everlasting treat.

Chef Ravi has cooked all over the world. He has cooked for Middle Eastern royalty & has successfully conducted two international Indian food promotions in Sri Lanka & Portugal. He has won many awards for culinary excellence at Salon Culinaire in Dubai (U.A.E). Chef Ravi’s Indian cooking is ideal for anyone who craves truly authentic, delicious, Indian food that’s just out of the ordinary and who truly seeks adventure and inspiration in the culinary arts.

Chef Daniel Wecker

Executive Chef Daniel Wecker blends the tutelage of his classic apprenticeship under a noted French chef from Grenoble with an extensive culinary experience to bring The Elkridge Furnace Inn a menu rich with authentic French flavors and artistically creative presentations.

Dan’s loyal following among locals has given rise to his career making him one of the most respected chefs in the Baltimore area’s critically acclaimed restaurant landscape. A Lancaster, PA native, Chef Wecker’s passion for cooking began in his childhood when he became the designated camp cook at scouting retreats. Today he can be found in his kitchen at The Elkridge Furnace Inn creating new menu items, looking for ways to expand the rich historical heritage of the distinctive property, or gathering fresh ingredients at the Inn’s on-site gardens and greenhouse.
