Our fig preserve was a fantastic hit at a cooking class with Chef Alba when used over focaccia bread. It pairs well with a cheese plate and cornbread. Stuff pork loin or chicken breast with this all-time favorite: just cut a 1-inch tunnel through the loin or breast, and bake as usual. All natural figs, with no preservatives.
