Employing the Agrumato method of pressing, our estate producer takes crisp Jalapeno peppers at the height of their flavor, and artfully cold presses the herb with a proprietary blend of just-harvested California olives.
It is great on vegetables, particularly when drizzled over steamed, grilled or sauteed asparagus with a touch of SECOLARI Roasted Garlic, Applewood, or Thai Ginger Sea Salt.
