Our Lime Olive Oil is an all time favorite with our SECOLARI sales associates. Only the ripest and most flavorful plump limes are used. They are cold pressed with a proprietary blend of just-harvested olives. A product of the meticulous Agrumato method of pressing, this delectable oil strikes a balance between the lime's tangy tartness and the rich flavor of olives.
This oil will enhance any herb crusted fish, and is fantastic on grilled or roasted chicken. Used extensively in Mexican, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes, it is best used in the U.S. to jazz up any salsa and guacamole combination as well as in ceviche. Add it to chicken or a fajita combination for a sensational Tex/Mex dinner or use it on popcorn, or grilled corn on the cobb.
