Our Merlot Sea Salt is composed of solar-evaporated sea salt with Merlot wine, resulting in a rich deep purple color, making it a visually stunning finishing salt. This sea salt is all-natural, and is fused with Merlot wine.
It makes a wonderful addition to gravy and sauces, and also a beautiful finish on potatoes, desserts, many seafoods and most meats. We suggest that it be used with the following related products: Champagne Mimosa, Pacific Spice, or Ancho Pepper Vinegar; Lime, Lemon or Blood Orange Olive Oil.
