Made with hand-picked organic peaches from California, our Mystic Peach Vinegar is light, bright, and summery. It is tangy and sweet, but not too sweet – it's just right! Available only a few months a year, this aromatic vinegar is the lightest vinegar we carry.

Mystic Peach Vinegar is fantastic in a pairing with Lime or Jalapeño Olive Oil for grilled chicken or seafood (and fish tacos!), or with Lemon Olive Oil and Chardonnay Mustard to make a lovely vinaigrette for an arugula salad.
