Aged 18 years in Modena, Italy, the thick and rich Balsamic has a sweet flavor and readily lends itself to vinaigrette dressings, gourmet sauces, and BBQ sauces. It brings out the sweetness of fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, and peaches. Or, you might just drizzle it on your cucumbers, red onions, or tomatoes for that exceptional side dish or snack.
This balsamic pairs particularly well with our Lemon Olive Oil, and for a little kick, with our Jalapeno Olive Oil. Alternatively, we recommend its use with our Lime, Rosemary, Habanero, Blood Orange, and Tandoori Olive Oils, together with a pich of our Black Truffle Sea Salt.
