Our Ascolano olive oil is a fruity oil with tropical notes, and is certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
This single varietal has a mild to medium pungency that is long-losting and makes for a pleasant tasting finish. With a bit of a sweet tone, this EVOO is especially suited for finishing dishes just before serving.
Our estate producer won the award for Best of Show for this oil at the California Olive Oil Council Competition.
We recommend pairing Ascolano Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Blackberry, Traditional, or White Balsamic, and with Porcini or Roasted Garlic Sea Salt.
