Secolari® is an artisan olive oil and vinegar tasting room with 4 locations within the Washington/Baltimore Metropolitan Area. It is a locally owned and family run business. Secolari® offers the freshest and most unique selection of olive oils, vinegars and balsamic available. None of our products are found within a typical grocery store.

Our Extra Virgin and Flavored Olive Oils are produced from family owned olive groves in California. The single varietals and blends are Certified Extra Virgin grade by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) and all of our olive oils are cold-pressed to get the freshest and highest quality oil possible. Our olive oils can be used in salads, bread dips, or baking, or simply as a drizzle on your favorite dish.

Our Vinegar and California Balsamic are made with hand-picked organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in California.

Our Italian Balsamic comes from Modena, Italy and is aged at least 18 years. Each vinegar and Balsamic is produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality in taste. These vinegars and Balsamic are great in salads, are fantastic on desserts, and make wonderful marinades and reductions for any meal.
