Combine all ingredients: 1/2 c. Secolari sweet garlic balsamic vinegar, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. minced garlic. Stir and pour over 3 Portabella mushroom caps. Marinate for 1 1/2 hours.
Grill marinated Portabella mushrooms caps on low heat for about a 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
