  1. Heat 1 1/2 Secolari Arbosana Olive Oil over med-high heat. Add the garlic for 1 min then add rest of the ingredients. Let cook for around 5 min.
  2. Turn off the heat.
  3. Add Secolari Cilantro Olive Oil and Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt to taste.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Tip: coarsely chop up the cauliflower & mushroom, including the stems. Use the steel blade of a food processor to chop it in two batches to be sure it is chopped small enough.
