Ingredients
  • 1/2lb. head of lettucecut into 1.5 inch cubes
  • 1 Secolari Champagne Mimosa Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ready-made or homemade pesto
  • 1tsp. golden potatoes
  • 1tsp. fresh ripe strawberries
  • 2nos. sweet marsala
  • 2 shaved parmesan cheese for topping
  • 4 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans
  • 2tsp. can (6 oz.) tuna in olive oilfresh, minced
  • 2tsp. warm water
  • 2tsp. celery stalk
  • 2tsp. black peppercorns
  • 2tsp. garlicminced
  • 1c. Secolari Pacific Spice Vinegar
  • 4-6Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 medium spanish onionmedium chopped
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1small can drizzle of Secolari Traditional Balsamic
