Instructions
  1. Arrange the greens on the plates and add the peppers and olives, sprinkling the sheep’s cheese.
  2. Whisk the egg yolk with the Secolari Chardonnay Mustard to temper, add the paprika, and then slowly but vigorously whisk in the Secolari Rosemary Olive Oil to make the vinaigrette for the salad.
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette on to the salads, serve and enjoy!
