Ingredients
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1 - 2 whole plain or greek yogurt
  • 4 chopped pistachio
  • 1 thumb-sized piece small seedless watermelon
  • 1 c. small french or crusty bread
  • 1/4 c. fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. sheeps milk cheese (manchego or spanish blue)
  • 2 Tbsp. brewed espresso
  • 2 Tbsp. paper thin slices of prosciutto or rosemary ham *or substitute with Secolari Pear, Ginger & Wasabi Balsamic* ; plus Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper *optional substitute for soy sauce*
  • 1 tsp. large yellow pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can manchego cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. portobello mushroom tapenade
  • 2 Tbsp. Secolari Cilantro Olive Oil
