  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place the ground meat in a bowl. Combine with parsley, garlic, oil, onion, tomato, bell pepper and season with salt & pepper.
  3. Add the tomato paste and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water, and then knead with your hands until smooth.
  5. Flatten each round of pizza dough with your hands to a ¼ inch thickness; create a circular surface.
  6. Using your hands, divide the meat mixture evenly between the circular bases.
  7. Bake about 10 – 15 minutes.
  8. When ready, drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top and serve warm.
