boneless leg of lamb trimmed & cut into 1.5 inch cubes
Secolari Arbosana Olive Oil
Secolari Champagne Mimosa Vinegar
Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
freshly ground black pepper
Secolari Traditional Balsamic
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place the ground meat in a bowl. Combine with parsley, garlic, oil, onion, tomato, bell pepper and season with salt & pepper.
Add the tomato paste and red pepper flakes.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of water, and then knead with your hands until smooth.
Flatten each round of pizza dough with your hands to a ¼ inch thickness; create a circular surface.
Using your hands, divide the meat mixture evenly between the circular bases.
Bake about 10 – 15 minutes.
When ready, drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top and serve warm.
