We have many different flavors that we encourage you to try. Here are a few that you may love:
We have the Tuscan Herb Balsamic Vinegar, which is made from oregano and blackberries. This is a lighter vinegar and adds a subtle kick to your cooking. These are great for marinating meat such as chicken, steak, and lamb.
There’s also the Plum Basil Balsamic Vinegar, these are made of ripe Santa Rosa plums, Opal, and Sweet Italian Basil. These are great for meat such as pork, lamb, and venison.
If you want something more adventurous, we suggest trying our Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar. These are aged vinegar, usually aged up to 5 years. These are made from fresh blackberries. They have a sweet taste and are particularly popular for salads. You can also try this as a marinade for steak, pork chops, chicken, duck, and venison.
