Our California balsamic is created using Zinfandel grapes from California farmers. The fruits, herbs, or vegetables are carefully picked from the organic gardens of California’s central coast region.

A Unique Take on Traditions

While our California balsamic have a very different aging process and are aged for a shorter time period, they rival any Italian balsamic. California balsamic are fermented in stainless steel containers. After a period of time, the fruits and herbs are added and the balsamic is re-fermented.This produces a light and flavorful balsamic.

    This Pear Ginger Wasabi is amazing! The wasabi is only strong enough to add a roundness of flavor. This, combined with the Wild Porchini Sea Salt, makes the absolute best marinade for steaks and tenderloin on the grill. Without the salt, it serves as a tangy, saltless soy sauce substitute. Get the stir fry taste without the salt! It is like getting two bottles for the price of one.
