Real good white balsamic! Delicious! I’m a fan of Balsamic and frequently have salad work where I mix my own dressing with vinegar and olive oil.

This White Balsamic is extraordinary! It’s rich, sweet, with just the right vinegar bite. I sometimes combine it with other vinegars to create layered flavors in a variety of foods. Experiment!
