Our Pacific Spice Vinegar is made on a small family owned farm in California. It is created in small batches to ensure quality. Carefully hand-picked fruits, herbs and chilies and a gluten free rice vinegar base are placed in small vats. The Mother of Vinegar, a naturally occurring healthy bacteria culture, is added to help fermentation. After several months of mild fermentation, extra-special secret steps are done to ensure the pacific vinegar is bursting with flavor. All of our vinegar are 100% gluten free.
