Tasty Grilled Asparagus

Grilling enhances the flavor of asparagus or any vegetable, it makes them delicious and crispy. This is a delightful side dish to make, perfect to pair with meat, fish, or served as a hot appetizer next to charcuterie and cheeses. Chef Wecker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound asparagus trimmed
  • 2-3 tbsps Secolari Italian Herb Olive Oil
  • 1 to taste Secolari Black Truffle Sea Salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper
  • 1 to taste Secolari Peppercorn & Green Tea Seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsps Secolari Coconut White Balsamic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an outdoor grill or a stove top grill to medium-high heat.
  • With your hands, coat the asparagus with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and with Secolari Peppercorn & Green Tea seasonings to taste.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, or to desired tenderness depending on size of asparagus. When ready, drizzle with balsamic and serve.
