Roasted Broccoli with Garlic

Broccoli are rich in minerals, vitamins, and fiber. They are antioxidants and are known to strengthen the immune system. Preparing roasted broccoli is a great way to add an extra layer of flavor with minimum effort. It is the perfect accompaniment for any night of the week because it is ready in just 20 minutes. Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads broccoli cut into florets
  • 3 tbsps Secolari Lemon Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
  • 1 to taste red pepper flakes optional
  • 2-3 tbsps Secolari Coconut White Balsamic to drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake until florets are tender enough to pierce with a fork and the edges are browning, about 15 minutes. Turn once halfway through the baking process and add red pepper flakes, if using. After baking, drizzle balsamic liberally over the broccoli before serving.
