Mozzarella Crème Fraiche

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large mozzarella balls sliced 1/4 thick
  • 1 cup crème fraiche, or Greek Yogurt divided
  • 1 1/3 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 - 5 fresh basil or mint leaves minced
  • Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Secolari Basil Olive Oil
  • Secolari Pomegranate Balsamic

Instructions
 

  • Place half of crème fraiche on a shallow dish. Then place the sliced mozzarella in a single layer on top. Place the remaining crème fraiche on top of the mozzarella.
  • Add the lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Cover and allow to chill at least 30 minutes. Drizzle with Secolari Basil Olive Oil and Secolari Pomegranate Balsamic.
