- 1 small red onion
- 1 bulb fennel
- 2 oz. marcona almonds
Dressing
- 1 blood orange for zest of
- 1 tsp. dijon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. Secolari Winter Ambrosia Vinegar
- 2/3 c. Secolari Blood Orange Olive Oil
