- 1 lb. fresh mussels
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 lemon for juice of lemon
- Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Toasted Bread Crumb Topping:
- 1/4 c. Secolari Arbosana Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic smashed
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 lemon for zest of lemon
- red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Secolari Lemon Herb
