  • 1 ripe plum tomato diced
  • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1/3 c. diced shallots
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 lb. fresh mussels
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon for juice of lemon
  • Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt

Toasted Bread Crumb Topping:

  • 1/4 c. Secolari Arbosana Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic smashed
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 lemon for zest of lemon
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Secolari Lemon Herb
