Meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef 85%-90% lean
- 2 red onions grated and seperated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon for zesting
- Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons Secolari Lemon Olive Oil (add an extra tablespoon if desired)
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- minced mint
- 1 minced garlic clove
- pinch of paprika
- Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
- drizzle of Secolari Lemon Olive Oil
- freshly ground black pepper
