Our Sicilian, Tuscan, and New World blended oils originate from a small ranch in Mariposa County, California. The ranch borders the golden foothills of the Sierra Mountains, with beautiful Yosemite Valley lying just above. Today nine separate olive varieties are grown on 35 acres. All of the olives are handpicked and cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. Though this small ranch first started producing olive oil with its initial harvest in 2007, these blended oils have consistently won awards by independent panels of experts for their remarkable taste and quality. Each blend is unique. Though the taste might vary slightly year to year due to the differences in growing conditions, their superior quality is assured for years to come by the methods of cultivation, harvesting, and pressing strictly employed by this producer.
