Ingredients
  • 2 chili powder coarsely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Secolari Rosemary Olive Oil (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 sesame or poppy seeds for topping minced
  • 4 garlic cloves finely mined
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups basil leaves strained
  • Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • coriander powder
  • fresh leaf spinach

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, add the oil over medium heat.
  2. When hot, add the onion and cook until soft and just golden, about 10 – 12 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook about one minute.
  4. Add the grated carrots. Season with salt, pepper and cumin
  5. Cook until the carrots soften.
  6. Add the yogurt and stir well to combine.
  7. Garnish with olives, sweet paprika and a little drizzle of Secolari Rosemary Olive Oil.
