  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • oil to fry
  • 1/8 teaspoon ajwain seeds
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • 4 tablespoon Secolari Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Secolari Espresso Balsamic
