Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. head of lettuce cut into 1.5 inch cubes
  • 1 Secolari Champagne Mimosa Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ready-made or homemade pesto
  • 1 tsp. golden potatoes
  • 1 tsp. fresh ripe strawberries
  • 2 nos. sweet marsala
  • 2 shaved parmesan cheese for topping
  • 4 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans
  • 2 tsp. can (6 oz.) tuna in olive oil fresh, minced
  • 2 tsp. warm water
  • 2 tsp. celery stalk
  • 2 tsp. black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp. garlic minced
  • 1 c. Secolari Pacific Spice Vinegar
  • 4-6 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 medium spanish onion medium chopped
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 small can drizzle of Secolari Traditional Balsamic
  • 300 ml. water
  • 1 chicken stock (medium size)
