Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Rub the garlic heads with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a small baking dish cut side down. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Add the fresh herb and capers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour or until the garlic is golden. Cool slightly.
  6. Squeeze the roasted garlic out from the skins.
  7. Add a teaspoon of roasted garlic with oil on top of each bread slice.
  8. Top with fresh parsley.
