Secolari Chardonnay Mustard is made with mustard seeds soaked in chardonnay wine, zesty vinegar, and spices. It is very delicate with subtle flavors of stone-ground dijon mustard and chardonnay. It is perfect for chicken sandwiches, salmon and ham. This mustard is also great in a vinagrette, marinade, or sauce. Chardonnay Mustard is gluten free and vegan tolerant.
