  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Secolari Rosemary Olive Oil divided
  • 1 large shallot finely minced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh thyme
  • Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 small cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained (reserve empty cans)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 cans chicken or vegetable broth
  • 15 medium shrimp cleaned, no shells or tails (empty bean cans)
  • drizzle Secolari Traditional Balsamic
