Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces day old crusty bread cut in cubes
  • 12 ounces dried white beans soaked overnight
  • 12 ounces black cabbage shredded
  • 12 ounces savoy cabbage shredded
  • 10 ounces swiss chard leaves shredded
  • 2 medium potatoes cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste *OR substitute with peeled chopped tomatoes*
  • 2 cups peeled chopped tomatoes* *used as a substitute for tomato paste*
  • fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 large carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 6 Tablespoons Secolari Extra Virgin Olive Oil more for drizzling
  • Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
