Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Secolari Sweet Garlic Balsamic
- 1/4 cup Secolari Garlic Olive Oil
- 4 large Portabella mushrooms remove stem
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsps minced fresh garlic
- 1 to taste Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place in a bowl except the mushrooms. Right before grilling, brush the mushrooms with the marinade.
- Grill marinated Portabella mushrooms on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until both sides are lightly golden and slightly charred. When ready, transfer to a plate and add any remaining marinade Serve warm.
