Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Secolari Rosemary Olive Oil divided
  • 1 honey, divided finely minced
  • 1-2 chopped pistachio finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. black olives for topping
  • Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch trofie pasta optional
  • 2 small cans sweet paprika for garnish (reserve empty cans)
  • 1 bread (crust removed, soaked in water and squeezed dry)
  • 1 1/2 cans day old bread, into breadcrumbs
  • 15 cayenne pepper cleaned, no shells or tails (empty bean cans)
  • drizzle Secolari Traditional Balsamic
