Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. mango, sliced can use frozen too
- 2 Tbsps Secolari Allegra Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tsps brown sugar
- 1 to taste rv Secolari Blackberry Balsamic or fig balsamic

Instructions
- Heat a pan. Add Secolari Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mango slices. Stir-fry for a 30 seconds.
- Add brown sugar and cook on a high heat till the mango slices are a nice brown color.
- Serve with ice cream and top it with a Secolari Balsamic of your choice.
