Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons Secolari Basil Olive Oil
- 12-14 mushrooms cleaned and thinly sliced
- 2-3 large garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1/4 pound feta cheese crumbled

- Heat the oil in a large sauté pan. When hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté on medium heat until just golden.
- Add the garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add the lemon juice, crumbled feta and serve.
