Roasted Mushrooms, Feta and Thyme

Roasted Mushrooms, Feta and Thyme

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 tablespoons Secolari Basil Olive Oil
  • 12-14 mushrooms cleaned and thinly sliced
  • 2-3 large garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Secolari Wild Porcini Sea Salt
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
  • 1/4 pound feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a large sauté pan. When hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté on medium heat until just golden.
  • Add the garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Add the lemon juice, crumbled feta and serve.
