This sauce is prepared in 5 minutes, keeps well in the fridge for a few days and lends itself to enriching and accompanying many dishes. Ingredients
  • 6 scallions green and white parts, chopped
  • 2-3 tbsps fresh mint chopped
  • 2-3 tbsps fresh dill chopped
  • 1 to taste red pepper flakes
  • 1 - 2 tbsps Secolari Lime Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces whole yogurt drain overnight
  • 1 tsp. Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Place the scallions, mint, dill, red pepper flakes, Secolari Lime Olive Oil in a food processor. Pulse until it's a coarse paste.
  2. Add the yogurt, Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt, and pepper; pulse again to combine. Transfer to a bowl and cover. Let it rest in refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to develop.
