Zabaglione con Marsala Wine Fragole e Balsamico

Join us at Secolari and be part of our culture, as we make and taste sweet Pears in Ricotta and Honey, Lemon and Rosemary Olive Oil Cake, Zabaglione con Marsala Wine Fragole e Balsamico. Zabaglione con Marsala Wine Fragole e Balsamico

Ingredients
  

For the Strawberries

  • 2 pints fresh ripe strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or more to taste
  • Secolari Traditional Balsamic

For the Sabayon

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 - 1 cup sweet marsala

Equipment

  • a large stainless steel bowl
  • a large saucepan of simmering water
  • a large whisk
  • dessert goblets or glasses
