  • 1/2 c. roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
  • 5 green chilies
  • 10 finely chopped curry leaves
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp. chat masala
  • 2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • Secolari Arbosana Olive Oil
