- 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
- 1/2 red onion grated and separated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon (for zesting)

- freshly ground black pepper
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3-4 tablespoons Secolari Mission Olive Oil
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- mint minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Secolari Black Truffle Sea Salt
